Return & Refund Policy

Fresh flowers and plants are perishable, so most sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered for genuine quality issues such as wrong items, damage on arrival, or major mismatches. Any concerns must be reported within the allowed time frame i.e 24 hours for fresh flowers and up to 7 days for non-perishable items.
Substitutions may occur based on availability, and small changes in flowers, colors, or vases are not considered valid reasons for a return. Refunds are not provided if the recipient is unavailable, refuses delivery, or if the address given is incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless damage occurs during transit.

Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver orders on time, but specific time-of-day guarantees may not always be possible. If the recipient is not available, a redelivery attempt may be made, or the order may be left at a safe location if authorized. During peak seasons or holidays, deliveries may be made until 9 PM.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location and service type. Same-day orders generally cannot be cancelled once processing begins. Substitutions may be made to ensure freshness and maintain the overall look of the arrangement.

Delivery Areas & Shipping Methods

We deliver flowers and plants across all parts of India, with international delivery available to over 125 countries. Local deliveries are completed using our in-house team, while national and international orders are shipped through trusted partners like DTDC, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Non-perishable items and hardy plants are shipped Monday to Saturday, and during holidays, some products may be delivered earlier to ensure timely arrival.

What should I do if my flowers arrive damaged or wilted?

If you receive damaged or poor-quality flowers, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery along with a photo. We’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement.

Can I get a refund for fresh flowers or plants?

Refunds are generally not offered for perishable items. However, we provide replacements for valid quality issues reported within the required time.

Will the delivered product look exactly like the photos on your website?

We strive to match the displayed design, but substitutions may occur based on seasonal availability. We ensure the final arrangement maintains the same style, value, and freshness.

What happens if the recipient is not available during delivery?

If the recipient is unavailable, we may attempt redelivery or leave the order in a safe place if permitted. Refunds are not provided in such cases.

Do you deliver outside India?

No, we currently offer delivery only within India. International delivery is not available at the moment.
